Doctor registration guidelines

Who may register

• You must be a practising doctor who is eligible to appear on a public healthcare directory in Bangladesh.
• You should hold valid registration with the Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BMDC) where applicable, and provide accurate registration details when asked.
• Registration is not intended for staff-only accounts, marketing-only profiles, or impersonation of another practitioner.

Verification and accuracy

Information you submit (name, BMDC number, contact details, practice location) must be truthful. We may verify credentials against official sources or internal checks. Incorrect or misleading information can delay approval or lead to removal from the platform.

Misuse and account suspension

If our systems or team detect that an account was created by someone who is not a qualified doctor, or that the account is used to mislead patients or abuse the service, we may suspend or close the account at any time, without prior notice where policies or safety require it.

This protects patients and maintains trust in the directory. Continued use of the portal means you accept these expectations.
